The match was played in horrendous conditions with torrential rain and heavy storms adding to the unpleasant experience.
The first half was a close affair with neither side managing to break the deadlock before half-time. With the game finely poised at 0-0, Yalova goalkeeper Ahmet Adalier produced a fine save in a one-on-one situation to keep his team on level terms. This fantastic save ultimately became the turning point.
Two Yalova substitutions quickly followed with Nevzat Soyadli and Hasan Djemal replacing Tyrone Hayde and Ibrahim Gursoy respectively. These changes seemingly switched the match in favour of the home team who became more adventurous. Yalova began to mount on the pressure and their dominance was finally rewarded on 69 minutes. The impressive Sami Moursy, playing the role of support striker, forced a corner which Nevzat pinpointed onto the head of leading scorer Ahmet Topal for 1-0. The pint-sized striker then netted his second to double the lead on 81, converting a penalty at two attempts, to make it 10 goals in 9 appearances this season. There was still time for Nevzat to round off a fine second half display by slotting in a 3rd seven minutes from time. Yalova will now travel to Lord Stanley for Round 5 - the 6-1 conquerors of Iskele in the 4th Round.

Yalova marched into the Last 16 of London FA Junior Cup following a 3-0 victory over fellow TCFF Division 2 club Gaziantepspor UK.
