Yalova Spor Kulubu (Yalova Sports Club) was established in Cyprus during 1955 as the local football club of Episkobi, a small village located south coast of the island on the outskirts of Limassol.
Episkobi residents who migrated to London during 1970’s decided to form a British extension of Yalova SK. This ambition was realised by Hasan Salih in 1976 who grouped together friends and relatives to form Yalova Football Club.
After a two year sabbatical, Yalova FC made their anticipated comeback in 2008 to compete in the London Football League Premier Division, which they won in their debut season. The club have also retrurned to the Turkish league and operate two teams competing in both competitions. In 2010 Yalova FC also introduced Yalova Youth FC featuring U16 and U18 teams along with a Mini-Soccer squad.
