Following a goalless first half, FC African took a somewhat fortuitous lead from a deflection to go 0-1 up on 49 minutes. The Yellow Ones, who were well on top up until that point, were not disheartened and continued to push forward.
This pressure was finally rewarded on 76 minutes where Huseyin linked up with David to level the tie before the latter pounced again just 2 minutes later to take his team through to the next round and cap off an eventful match.
The London Football FA finalists will await the outcome of Star of Bethnal Green vs Elite Youth to discover who they will play in the semi-final on Saturday afternoon (8 May 2010).

Yalova progressed to their third semi-final of the season after coming from behind to beat FC African with two late goals courtesy of substitute Huseyin Djemal and David Smiley.
